Yup. You are right. I have not talked to anyone at XJ who said anything bad about ex Comair guys. If anything I've heard positive things about Comair guys. Most XJ guys welcome Comair folks simply because you guys bring prior 121 experience which makes the transition to XJ a lot easier.

The Email i've heard of..but he got an actual letter mailed to his house to say "no thanks" to an interview.

For anyone out there that interviewed with Mesaba, how long did it take after the interview to get a response regarding if you are hired or not? I have an interview with them this Thursday and was curious.

Good luck to everyone.

Two days for me. Others have waited up to a week. Just depends on what is going on in HR at the time.

It took two days for me to get a call. Some others in my same class had gotten the call one week later. It varies, I guess.

It seems they are varied. I have three friends beside myself that were interviewed, two of which were hired besides myself. If they got the NO Thanks letter it took 2-3 business days and those of us who got the "your hired" call ranged from 2-5 days. I along with another was put in a 900 class and the other a Saab...it took him longer to hear, we all interviewed within the week. Good luck!
