Mesaba had its share of pizz water. So drink kool-aid while you can. It taste a lot better and you never know how long it will last.

So anyone have an idea why hiring dept. thinks that some candidates are UNDER qualified for this job when ppl are being hired with fewer than 1000hr.. :-/

THe funny thing is that the lower time guys (sub 1000) have been more successful in training and come with less baggage. There just might be a method to the madness. Plus, a guy/gal with 700 hours of quality built time is far more valuable to Mesaba than a guy with 1,200 hours of traffic watch. No offense to traffic watch guys, however. Just a fact.
