Pay in training is bi-weekly 75 hour guarantee. Each check will be roughly 34.62 hours at $22.81. That gross's out to be $789.58 per check less your taxes and medical and uniform etc. Like was already mentioned you can do either direct deposit or check.

How is the attrition at Mesaba? How many of the higher numbers are leaving or have left? How does this mass hiring impact equipment upgrades?

I dont mean to hijack this thread or anything but i figure it fits under the general topic of new hires.
Im curious as to why it takes mesaba 5-10 days to call you back about being hired or not. Ive heard several regionals tell you day of interview you are hired or not. What is the reason they take that length of time?
