I wish they would bridge the -200 to MEM too and start serving some southern cities.
I agree. I think that will happen in the near future as soon MEM has enough staff to do the flying. I predict there will be a lot of flying into the south including several cities in Florida and in the Bahamas out of MEM connected from DTW for XJ.

I finished sim Jan 19 and am still waiting, I've heard from some captains that started IOE, but most of the FOs are still waiting I believe.

i have to add that if you don't have sims sunday, drinks at unos are buy one get one free. pizza there is good. also there is a little strip mall by the hotel that has a mexican place (good food and 10% off since ur at cae), a ny style pizza place, and a sandwich shop. they are are good to eat once you have had bologna sandwiches for 3 weeks straight.

another thing to mention. dont' buy beer at walmart. its 3.2 beer and will give you a horrible hangover even if you have 2-3 beers at night. either walk, or get the bus driver to drive you to a liquor store. the bus drivers are nice and will take you for a couple of bucks.

i just got done with denver. any more questions pm me

For the CRJ-900 guys, I found this think on a different thread. http://www.rcoco.com/sdoc/ without asking everyone to look at it does it look like accurate information, and would it be worth studying the material before training. Thanks guys.

Hmm, that's not good news for me since I finished a week after you. Still, if you posted when you do get an OE date, that would help me/us have some idea of when our number is up. Thanks in advance

Which seniority # are you? 935, 937, 938, or 939? I'm D3F #931.

A quick question for you Mesaba folks. I hear that you have a commuter policy. Is this correct? If so, could someone please explain the basics of it? Also, are there any other regionals (that are hiring right now) that have a commuter policy? I have been doing research on which regionals I would consider submitting an application to, and this info would be very helpful in making a decision. I would be commuting out of SLC so if anyone has any information regarding this commute it would also be appreciated.

As long as your listed for 2 flights that will get in prior to your report time you should be good to go, as long as it does not happen everyday. I have a couple buddies that commute from SLC to memphis and they haven't had any problems.
