Guys that didnt get hired, I definitely understand why you guys are frustrated. When I interviewed there was only myself and one other guy there that day. The other pilot interviewing had like 1200+ hours like 200 multi and a degree. The "thanks but no thanks letter" just about beat him to the house.
I have like 350TT and 45 me with a degree and I got the job. Go figure that out. So, who knows what the deal was when you guys interviewed. However, you guys arent the only ones. Good luck to you guys, there are plently of other companies hiring..........

I assume if you come in with close to ATP mins and no 121 experience, your interview will be held to a pretty high standard.

Quick newbie question here.. I just finished with all my sim training and am ready for IOE. Who do I call or were do i bring my orange training folder to? Any tips to get me started in the right direction for IOE? Thanks

Crew scheduling should call you. All you have to do is wait. You can call scheduling and let them know you are ready for IOE, but they should receive your info from your check airman. Welcome aboard, the real fun begins...
