Well, your TT is higher than mine. So now I am really confused! PM me if you want/can since this is a Mesaba new hire board and we are not quite there but, maybe its possible they wanted to see more Multi time for us? What is that at for you? This is the company I really wanted to get on with and I got along with everyone there including the interviewees, so I want to make sure when I go back in a couple of months I give them no reason to send me another letter like that...Later bud.

Guys that didnt get hired, I definitely understand why you guys are frustrated. When I interviewed there was only myself and one other guy there that day. The other pilot interviewing had like 1200+ hours like 200 multi and a degree. The "thanks but no thanks letter" just about beat him to the house.

I have like 350TT and 45 me with a degree and I got the job. Go figure that out. So, who knows what the deal was when you guys interviewed. However, you guys arent the only ones. Good luck to you guys, there are plently of other companies hiring..........

I assume if you come in with close to ATP mins and no 121 experience, your interview will be held to a pretty high standard.

You're probably right about that. He told me that it went pretty well, but who knows....

Crew scheduling should call you. All you have to do is wait. You can call scheduling and let them know you are ready for IOE, but they should receive your info from your check airman. Welcome aboard, the real fun begins...

as previously stated crew scheduling should call you. My advice is to wait for them to call. Enjoy your time off because once you get on the line, you will not have time off for a while.

Congrats!
