That's actually what they have started doing recently is assigning the lower time pilots to the jets and higher time pilots to the Saab. From what I heard this is something they just started doing, for a while I think it was totally random. But right now I think they actually have more jet seats to fill than Saab seats.

You will be notified before you start training and you should receive a new hire packet with your equipment/class info.

Take a day off and read through this entire thread......every question you have will be answered, I guarantee you.

My buddy who interviewed last thursday said the First February class has no Saab seats at all for FO's...

Got a packet with insurance info and stuff about turbine transition...is that the packet your reffering to?

I'm in week 3 of tng on the Saab, having completed indoc, general subjects, and now in the thick of systems. I can give answers to questions about what to expect at the beginning of tng, base selection, hotel, etc...

For a new hire how long till actually start doing sim work...getting out of INDOC?
