Hogan is the company, not the name of the specific test. The test may be completely different than the previous one.

As someone who took it and other hogan test this is in no way any different.

There are like 500 questions. Just because it’s the same type of questions doesn’t mean the test is the same or the parameters they’re looking for are the same.

Agree the parameters may be different.

I also got a TBNT today. Thought I had a story to tell for every question, had call outs down cold. I’m fairly new to XJT so whether it’s experience or me who knows. Good luck to those interviewing and who received a welcome letter!
