Correct. Flow is not about creating opportunities for regional pilots, it's about staffing the regionals. Reverse flow (if that gets into the contract) is just an unintended consequence, a bone thrown to mainline.

You won’t hold Miami with Envoy as a Captain. Last I heard they are involuntarily displacing Captains to LaGuardia so unless you want to go there when you get the time forcibly think about something else. I know the turbo prop is not particularly attractive, but might be an option for you. I also believe Republic is senior there.
