Where did I compare Envoy to Republic? The comparison was to the industry average. Envoy is not "industry low, by far" like you claim, but slightly above average.

That pretty much says it all about management-employee relations. Lots of better places to get your hours and leave from these days. Even PSA - as much as I hate to say it - is a better choice right now. I’d love for my old airline to be a good place for guys to go, but it just isn’t. There are far better choices these days.
It’s a great time to be a pilot.

Please factor in the QOL. There is a reason ALPA has to have two attorneys assigned to Envoy.... most regionals share an ALPA attorney.

What is the accepted factor for QOL so I can add that to the calculations? Give me a number.
You think GoJet or Mesa has better QOL?
Read my post. Envoy isn't nr1 by far. It's above average for pay, and average for work rules.
btw. Things have changed since you've been here. They don't roam around crew lounges looking for uniform violations so they can hand out step letters. Those CP's are long gone.
The senior guys (talking 200 and lower) say things are a lot better than they were a few years ago.

RAH/EDV have better contracts. Mesa/GoJet/Commutair etc don't. Again - we are above average, but not at the top.

Yeah, there's a thread comparing paychecks. Ask a counterpart at RAH or elsewhere to compare pay stubs. It isn't close

A friend at Mesa is getting 10k+paychecks. Also disingenuous to say average when we are above 1 or 2 bottom feeders and the rest make 20%+more with more time off. But let's be honest envoy has been a bottom feeder for awhile now

We are above most, and behind a few. That was the whole point wasn't it? We are above average. I wasn't saying average is good enough.
I'm talking about the worst case scenario, you have to compare apples to apples.
If we are talking "averages", you are forgetting we have a bunch of lifers who are making 18 year LRJ pay, $121/hr. A lot of them picking up OT at 200%, some of them while doing IOE. That's almost $290/hr.
I'm ignoring all of these, so please skip the 300% Mesa guys too, because that's just not very fair to the rest of the industry.

I wouldn't bet on OO staying in LGA. They're shifting Delta 175 flying out to LAX, SLC, and SEA to cover once Compass winds down.
Republic would be my choice for NYC. Endeavor is something to consider if you want to end up at Delta.
