Annual Salary survey - Regionals
I saw a year end salary survey posted in the Majors section. It was very informative to help understand potential earnings based upon FO/CA status and years of service. I'd love to get a similar survey going in the regional section.
If you're willing please include your company, years of service, position and total pay for the last year. If you think its worth noting, let us know if you picked up any extra trips or were more inclined to work less and maximize time off.
Thanks in advance.

4 year captain pay
Usually dropped down to 65 hours and 18-19 days off
Would pick up 2-4 days of premium pay.
Ended up averaging 14-16 days off. ~90k for 2018 without per diem.
For 2019 Ill make about 80K with similar days off due to premium pay concessions we voted in.

That sounds great if you live in base, sounds like hell if you’re a commuter!

Year 1 FO, ZW, $91,200. Minimum monthly 75 hours plus sign-on bonus.
Haven't added in all my Open Time pick ups or Critical Time picks ups to that figure yet.
$100,000 + 1st year FO pay...easily and quite possible here.

Endeavor. Mostly first year pay but about 40% second year pay.
Over $110k* including per diem. Life revolved around work but only flew about 800 hours. Lots of soft pay. Averaged about 7 or 8 days off a month but more when you include unused reserve days. Endeavor has excellent pay rules to match the pay rates.
*includes 6600 dollar retention bonus for work performed in 2017 and paid in 2018.
