At AirWis getting hired last half of 2017 my W-2 for that year was 52k with 31k of that being hiring bonuses. For 2018 I managed 80k on 1st year/2nd year FO pay 10k of that being bonus. Probably could have made more if I worked the system a bit more but I would say for the year this was about 10-11 days off a month living in base. I also managed to get my 1000 121 in that time and have upgraded in 2019 so I should see a decent increase for this year.

It's no coincidence that Endeavor and Republic have classes full for the year.

The two highest paying regionals are doing it right.

Wonder why no one from Mesa is replying to this? I left Mesa just starting 4 year CA pay, maybe earned a total of 100k, for my entire time at Mesa. 2013-2016. Things are different over there now.

So you averaged ~125 credit hours a month with an average daily credit between ~7-8.4 hours every day as a relatively junior captain?
