And in general, I am not a big proponent of EMPLOYEES telling and OWNER how to run a business. If the employee wants to do this, than that employee should start a business on their own. Employees, aren't risking anything except an opportunity to work at another job.

As a previous business I had to max out credit cards, take loans against my house, take personal loans all in order to make payroll for my employees. I TOOK THE RISK, which means I should take the reward too when that comes around. (It doesn't need to be the maximum reward but it could be). I ask you, if you are investing in the stock market and buy a stock at $1.00 a share and it then goes up to $1,001 a share, how much do you expect to earn? $1,000 right? What if I said you could only earn $0.50 on that investment no matter what the price goes up to? Does it make it more or less attractive? Less, obviously. IF there is no chance to earn greater rewards in a business than why be in business . . . . . That is why we have TAX cuts for big business. They make more money so they invest more to make even more $$$$.

Ellen, I understand your point but I also must ask does any AMR management have any venture capital at risk?
