I recently looked seriously at building a vacation-style house right by the local podunk airport, simply because it has such a nice mountain view. Can you imagine that? General aviation alongside a panoramic view. I decided to skip it, but someone should grab that lot, I tell ya they should.

If you work for the right company you might end up with every day off.

If Alaska Air called I at least would show up to ground school. I have been spoiled over the last few year of being able to do whatever I want. It is fun to think about going back to work for someone but the reality is that it wouldn't be all that much fun. I still would have to investigate though.
