RTP w/ Envoy or R2W w/ TSA
Going to have to commute to either so I am not concerned with that. Flying out of MCO (Orlando). Or drive to MIA w/ Envoy if I can eventually hold it. Already have the gig and all set with Envoy starting RTP in San Diego on the 6th of Feb for estimated training of 13 weeks. Other possibility is to maybe interview next week for TSA, if selected continue my FW training at home location for appx 2 months then move on to INDOC. Haven't seen to much about TSA and not very familiar with them. Yes I'm up to speed on all the Flow stuff, More concerned of QOL between the two as well as growth and short term career progression. Thx in advance.

I can speak about the TSA R2W program. They have it set up like this... once you apply you will immediately set up an in person or Skype interview, I did the Skype myself, very basic HR questions and a few very basic IFR questions, around 30 mins. total, you select a date for two days of indoc to get on the seniority list and finish new hire paperwork, once that’s complete you can start training, if you choose to attend a school close to home that’s not pre approved you front the money by the month and TSA reimburses you each month until you’re done, then you start ground school back in STL. I think they’re up to $38,000 in training funds now with the new bonus structure. If you’re looking for a quick upgrade and stepping stone to make a legacy want you I think TSA is one of the quickest ways for a rotor transition program.
Let me know if you have any questions.

TSA specified to me that Ocala Aviation is now part of their program so I don't believe I would have to front anything. Ill have to double check on that being that it is not on their website listed as one. I know the flight school told me that as well to, so we shall see.

They probably are approved! I’ve found out that there are several more options approved and more on the way for the R2W program. Hopefully the online list is updated soon because many of us didn’t know there are more options until we got to STL.

That's what Im worried about Coast has me estimated at 13 weeks of completion with time building and MEL add on. That would not be good for the program to take that long especially being that one is not earning any income during that time.

The differences between the two companies is night and day.
Envoy runs like a major airline operating smaller equipment. Using the same infrastructure AA uses. TSA is a true fee for departure regional. Everything is on the cheap, including mx. Way too many reported mx issues with their birds. Reminiscent of the old gulfstream Airlines. AA leased 10 planes to TSA and when they came back the story goesthey were found to have pencil whipped ADs and just done shoddy work. Another carrier bought 4 of their old planes and has spent the past year fixing everything that was wrong with them even though they’d supposedly recently been heavy checked. I’ve never heard any such stories from Envoy.
One hires anybody that applies with 121 experience no interview required and the other is still highly selective since you are essentially being hired for AA as you will eventually flow through.
Not all regionals are the same. Choose wisely
