Skywest Buys Comair???????????

Comair, MAG, Midwest? Who really knows?
I'll wait till Mgmnt releases an official press release.

I'm voting for Midwest. Isn't that why they moved out to milwauke? Something about "ovens in their aircraft to bake cookies" that instantly made them attractive.... With two ALPA lines you think that would put anymore pressure on SKW to signup?

Isn't MidWest in a hostile buyout from AirTran right now? That would be pretty nuts if SkyWest were to pick up ComAir, but May 1st is "officially" 10 years away in terms of airline rumor time. So much can happen and change from now till then. But that would be interesting indeed.

Odds are better of Skywest Inc. becoming the majority owner of Virgin America or buying a large stake of Midwest than Delta Air Lines allowing the vast majority of their regional feed to be controlled by a single entity (albeit three different carries).
