Funny, that's the same line I got when I interviewed more than half a year ago.

To get to the top, you must start at the bottom. My dad started at command airways, montauk caribbean, aeroamerica, national airlines, jet east, pan aviation, emery, pan am, regal and finally United. The airlines know, and expect, their potential employees to go from job to job to get to the top. They won't question loyalty because to get on with the majors, you must start at the minors. The two things they want to see is: 1) that you are making progress with your jobs. If you are flying for Mesa, then get hired by Skywest followed by horizon, that's a good thing. But if you went from Horzion to Mesa, they might start rubbing their noses. 2) That you are flying consistantly with no large (3 month) gaps between jobs. Sometimes circumstances leave you with no other choice but they'll understand this if you explain. My father said his UAL interview was the most comfortable interview he ever had. Good luck!

the only bad part of making so many moves is having to explain to your soon to be former employer that you are moving on to greener pastures essentially throwing in his face that your current job sux.

When I'm told that the operations will be doubling in size within a year, I don't expect it to mean "we will start flying with a new codeshare in 12-14 months."

When people are leaving in droves, your boss will know that the current job is pretty bad.

TSA has been losing quite a few FOs, too.
However, I was the only Waterskier in my interview group at CHQ compared to three Mesa guys.

Oh I left HE!! "mesa" after giving them 2 years of my life. Around a year ago I went to XJT and I was the only person with 121 experince in the interivew. But having the time of my life over here, good luck with CHQ!

there was a waterskier in my interview class at CHQ, it was I. There were 4 mesa guys as well. There are 4 or 5 mesa guys in my class. There was an interview class today at RAH, one waterskier, and quite a few mesa guys. I hope RAH, XJET, and Skywest absorb every last FO at mesa and tsa, for no other reason than to just laugh at the thought of the looks on the faces of management at TSA to see all their FOs quitting within 6 months. Good Riddance.
