Default PAY SCALES NEEDED, Every Regional Airline

As you may know, Republic Airlines recently agreed upon an LOA with our Union and has put it out for vote, which is set to begin over the next week or so. We still have not received the official LOA.

It's a concessionary contract that has increased rates but will allow the company unlimited signing bonuses including up to full tuition reimbursement. It will set a new precedent when it comes to other airlines CBA's and how they are negotiated.

Our negotiations committee has provided us an executive summary in the mean time, which I believe includes misleading pay rates for all of the other airlines, to prop our LOA up. The rates in the union chart do not come close to matching rates listed off of APC.

What I need is for people to either post or PM me the pay rate charts from your CBA. I'm looking for both Captain and First Officer Charts. I'm not just looking for the current year's rates, but the entire chart with all years listed from Date of signing of the CBA. If would please include what the current year of the CBA you are on, that would help as well.

Once I have these, I will be compiling them into a chart and will post them here for use by every other pilot group as well as for future pilots trying to make a comparison between companies. It would be in a similar format to how Aero Crew news does their charts.

Also any Renton bonus information would be appreciated as well.

PLEASE DO YOUR PART IN KEEPING THE UPWARD TRAJECTORY OF PILOT PAY AT THE REGIONALS MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

While not 100% accurate, you could always going to the APC home page and look at their rates there?

That's not a good tactic if you're going into high level negotiations. If you say "according to airlinepilotforums, Endeavor makes x more than us a year". You're going to get laughed out of the room.

I think OP is trying to get images of the contracts as that would be a much better tool for negotiations.

Call ALPA I’m sure they’ll be happy to help with this.

Read his whole post. He addressed that.

He isn't negotiating. The Negotiating committee should have this information. ALPA has no problem sharing CBA data with Teamsters.

Also, if saying "according to APC" makes no sense, it is better if he says, "according to SuckItTSA, their rates are this?"

Well considering they have multiple airlines showing still in the 20-30 dollar range like Compass, their numbers are not right... they also tried to tell us that the Endeavor MEC told them they have 75hr average lines yet I know the company and union mutually agreed they had 85hr lines as that is what they used to split the retention bonus up.

I am in the process of receiving Compass, Skywest and Endeavor charts.

I'm still in need of everyone else's. The clock is ticking. Voting opens next week.
