I'm friends with all my coworkers and hang out with them at work and outside of work-- both male and female. If you have to change the way you behave because pervs are getting outed, it's probably for the best that you become a slam-clicker

We work at the same airline and I have only went for dinner with a CA one time in my one year here. I thought most were like this but maybe it's something I'm doing wrong.

I treat the f/as as co-workers and not drinking buddies or friends. If you think it's worth your career to go out drinking with them idk what to tell you. We've had 2 CAs lose their jobs with simply an accusation and nothing else. Good luck.

Not just a sexual issue, more often the problem has to do with booze and duty limits.
I didn't take my own advice, but I worked with a small group and had known them for years. And they were all grownups.

On that same note, sometimes I'll take the JS to get another non-rev on, but only at the very end of the boarding process. Don't want to take the JS away from a commuter lower down on the standby list to get a non commuting non-rev on. I've also taken the JS a few times and given my seat in the back to an older mainline pilot. It's tight up there, I'm a thin guy, and when I'm old I don't wanna cram myself into the jumpseat of an RJ
Yes. Don't try to be a Noob Hero when deadheading and take the JS away from another pilot. I've had this happen to me multiple times

It's actually not even frowned on at most companies. Nobody actually considers FO's to be supervisors in any sense (you're an installed spare in case the CA is incapacitated).
But be careful... you're both young and broke, but YOU'RE going to be a multi-millionaire most likely and they all know it. FA personality is not usually conducive to a long and happy marriage. There are few downsides for them... if it works out, they're rich. If it doesn't work, they're still richer than they would have been.
There are exceptions to every rule of course, but YOU'RE not experienced enough to know that when you see it.

If you're staying in the hotel after standard checkout time, usually between 10-12, stop at the front desk and have them reprogram your keycard before heading out. Reason being is that the keycards are programmed to 'time out' at standard checkout time. This will avoid a long trip back to the front desk with a red face after your keycard fails to open your room door.
Speaking of van time, I usually try to be walking out my hotel room door 5 prior to van time. My hotel room is extra far from the lobby, this usually works great with me arriving a couple minutes early. If it's a longer than usual walk, walking out the door 10 early does the trick.

All it takes is somebody with a vendetta or a f/a who wants to hurt your career to end it all. Strongly recommend in today's climate to keep your work relationships professional and nothing else.
