There is already a thread about this in the GoJet forum, but basically G7 is hiring street captains again. Reserve captains at G7 can be,and are, used to fly in the right seat. In my experience this will be about ⅓ of your total flight time.
If your primary goal is to log PIC, the I would go one of the airlines that has a fast upgrade, but does not use you as a Captain paid reserve FO.

Envoy has very quick upgrades. I was awarded the upgrade at 4 months. Other guys got the upgrade while they were still in new hire training.

I sent you a PM.

Not really a bad deal if you need PIC, or a six-figure job, in a hurry. Best to live in base.

I personally expected the recent award to go a little more senior than it did.

Well, if you want to be below the entire First Officer seniority list as of date of hire and sit Reserve until after every single one of them upgrades and bumps you down the list only crediting MMG and 11 days off.... then, sure go for it

Six figures sitting reserve ?

2 - 4 years on average till 1000 TPIC depending on reserve utilization, not an efficient way of going about it...
