Default Is there an airline with a Bad Pilot Group?

Generally speaking, 99% of the "which regional should I got to?" questions on this forum end up at the following place:

1) DONT COMMUTE (even though some people should definitely commute)

2) SKYWEST IS THE CHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All your base are belong to us! SKYYYYYYWEEEEEESSSSSST!!!!!

3) FOOK SKYWEST. They're effectively Mesa with a larger pilot group, no union, smaller signing bonus, and a resident troll/investor named after a terrible Danish heavy metal band from the 80's (I'm looking at you @MercyfulFate)

4) bruh. wholly owned. flow, bruh.

5) That SAP, tho

6) CPP is like a flow, but with the hogan. And, like, an interview.

7) Dude, come to "X". It's a GREAT pilot group.

It's that last one that gets me. Is there a bad pilot group? Just curious, because it seems like EVERY regional has a great pilot group.

... And EVERY airline has its share of “problem children”, although the percentage is very small. Ask the Chief Pilots out there. 95% of their time is devoted to dealing with the 1-2% problem children.

They wished it was 1-2%. I was a union rep and the number, although small, pushed closer to 15-20%.
