Morning guys,

Quick question.....Which one should I go to and why (assuming I get an offer)? I will be commuting either way.

I have an interview set up with both right now......

Thanks for the info!!!!

I would get through the interview first, and decide if one companies culture is a better fit for you than the other since you seam to be ambivelent either way. You also should define where you are commuting from and what your goals are.

This is like comparing apples to oranges. Completely different companies. There are 1000 variables. It all depends on what is important to you.

If you want quick money with no QOL or career progression, go to Endeavor.

If you want quality of life and career progression, with money coming with the next LOA, go to PSA.

No QOL at 9E? I had 18 days off my first month as a line holder when I was a FO.

What "next LOA"????

Too many of you are assuming that PSA and the rest of the AA wholey-owneds will be matching Endeavor's new (T.A.) payscales.

That's a pretty big assumption, with no evidence or an even indication from management that they will be tossing more money at us to keep the flow of new hires coming and/or to keep current employees from jumping ship to either Spirit, JetBlue, Allegiant, Frontier, or even ENDEAVOR!

At this point, and until either ALPA or management gives us some indication of what they plan to do, going forward, Endeavor looks to be the smartest choice for a new hire.

Endeavor, at least, have a T.A. on the table. PSA, PDT, and Envoy have not so much as a WINK from management, indicating that a new payscale is coming or that the current bonuses will even CONTINUE!

Not exactly true, psa's mec recently said they were to begin meeting to negotiate something competitive.

PSA's management said during the crew news that they are working on this, and the MEC email said that they were working on it.

I would call that an "indication" that they are working on something.

Completely reasonable to use that as a reason for someone to bump up your seniority at PSA while throwing out uninformed “facts” about Endeavor...

Sarcasm if you missed it
