But not unrealistic today. We know generally what the computer is looking for, so if he can check all the right boxes and none of the wrong ones he should be OK.

Remember, the people who gutted it out all those years and paid their dues are too old and too bitter. HR is looking for fresh, enthusiastic people. They can train anybody to be a switch monkey, and safety...well that's easy, it's all in a power point slide.

One could hold an fo line faster at OO. however that may change. At CP we are starting to fill classes and I imagine the time on reserve will begin to drop Substantially here. Skywest has a lot of great things going for it, but if you a close to promise of staying lax based from New hire fo to captain, Compass is one's best bet.
