Question Frank was right?

Lately I have seen a few TSA guys with a sticker that says "Frank was right". I have asked what it meant, and received a different answer each time... Some clarification please Thank you.

Frank Doss. He was an old school instructor at Trans States who told it like it was. I unfortunately was never in one of his classes, but the motto "Frank was right" comes from the aviation stories he used to share.
