Power outlets are huge.
I'll throw in that a lot of hotels I stay in are stuck in 2006 level internet speeds. I'm not asking for 200mb/s but cmon, when the data on my phone is faster than the hotel's internet there is a problem.
Pet peeve of mine is when the housekeepers fold the pillow case into the pillow to make a tight little ball in an attempt to mask a pillow that needed to be replaced 4 years ago. If I unravel said pillow and am able to close my fist around it it is time for a new one.
I don't have enough long overnights at my regional to care about anything other than a comfy bed/pillows and some good internet. Downtown hotels are fantastic, but who cares when the overnight is only 12:30.

The wifi? Yeah, that's pretty frustrating. Fortunately I count one hand the number of times I have internet was practically not usable. Frequently it's not as fast as I would like but still at least minimally tolerable. Not nearly as big a deal as the power outlets.
Man, I've gotten so ****ed off over outlets I have to go have a smoke break before.
Lol, i would also like to see a universal standard for what side of the inside of the elevator the buttons are.

Power outlets near the bed is big. I also like the ability to set the temperature to artic.
Clean/working iron and ironing board is another big amenity. Finding out the last person made grilled cheese with the iron is nasty, doubly so if it's 6 AM and you started ironing half awake
Food/location is important. Our airline has a contract for microwave/fridge requirements so it's not too bad.
Van usually isn't a problem and if necessary we cab it and expense it to the company per contract.
I haven't seen too many poor workout rooms, but sometimes they are on the barely usable side. My airline doesn't have long layovers (too short on pilots), but if we did a decent pool/Jacuzzi would be nice. Outdoor pool is nice if the weather is good.
Free wifi that's decently fast. I like to stream music and play some light gaming online (not bandwidth/ping dependent). Poor signal is honestly the worse thing I typically see.
