Not sure about the others, but SkyWest's upgrade on the CRJ are at or under a year & we're losing 30 pilots a month.

Piedmont
Skywest
Envoy
PSA
Endeavor

It really depends where this person lives for commutability, but if you're going for a flow to AA I almost wouldn't consider anyone besides Piedmont. They have by far the fastest flow, I was hired in 2015 and I'll be at AA by 2019, if I don't get hired elsewhere first. (I already had a Delta interview) people being hired now could easily only see 5 years there because of our growth rate. I could've held Captain 4 months after starting but needed the 1000 121 time as all new hires without previous 121 experience do. So I finished Captain training right at 2 years but I saw others who picked up extra flying upgrade quicker.
