And to be fair EFIS COMP MON doesn't know any of that for a fact. People are quitting, but not really in record numbers according to the seniority movement. There's no information to believe that there are a "record" number of JRAs, there are always JRAs, that's how Mesa runs. People like to TALK about vacations getting cancelled, but there is no indication from the company that is true.
It's all rumor - Mesa is no better and no worse than it ever was.

I don't know the facts either, but there's sure a lot of smoke...
I was on reserve at mesa last year, so I saw the beginning of the decline. I had beers with 5 guys other mesa guys when I quit about a year ago...they all couldn't understand why I was walking away from PIC time to start all over. Within 8 months EVERY ONE of those five had asked me to walk in their resume at SKW. I'm now walking in THEIR friends resumes. I stand to make some good money off of recruiting bonuses
Plus it's a great feeling helping ornstien out!

That's the problem - you didn't see the beginning of the decline, that's just the way it's always been. The fact that you don't think Mesa should be run that way is certainly a valid opinion, and the fact that I don't like it much is probably equally as valid. But there you go - that's the way it's run. Reserve at Mesa is abusive, with a capital A and underlined and outlined in red, but it always has been.
