For those still wondering. The flow proposal is off the table, the union dropped it. There is zero chance Delta would allow it anyway.

LOL and the military takes much longer and millions of dollars (and an astronomically high washout rate) to make their 276 hour program "work".

Objection overruled.

Of course.

Cue the union negotiators telling you "hey they are discussing flow now!".

It takes a special kind of stupid to negotiate flow with Delta. They'll give it years from now when Endeavor guys are leaving in droves for a United or a American or whoever targets Delta's fragile regional feed.

If it doesn't, it isn't even negotiable. They can mandate you wear one and you'll have no say in it.
You have a say, just don't wear it. What are they going to do fire you, I'm mean really! Just like the North Face Jacket. Remember, they don't pay you for outside the door. They pay you to fly their airplanes. Period! I'm bitter, sorry for the rant.

It's all a numbers game. Flow or no flow, we are becoming less competitive. Not my opinion..I'm listening to the new hires to the right of me. The entire package isn't as attractive as AA WO's. I like this company, just calling it as I see it. The regional environment is rapidly changing. The panic button hasn't been pressed just yet.

Lately I'm getting the same. I got a wave of new guys, and somewhere in between sleeping and stealing snack boxes, these young guys were close to pulling the trigger on one of the American regionals for their flows.

They arent going anywhere though, they're waiting to see how it works out here first. Hilarious, that's exactly what I did instead of go to PSA.
