It amazes me that the F word inspires so much emotion from a select group. It only took a few minutes from the initial post for you guys to start showing up? All I can say is wow. My memory tells me there was a lot more support/comraderie years ago throughout this industry. All I here now without anyone actually saying it is how special Delta is. Kinda like the Navy Seals. I wonder how American Airlines does it, and why we don't hear the same tone from their pilots? What a joke

I.e. Not being able to pilot staff their flights.
I have no idea how this will play out, but I hope 100% of the regional flying comes to mainline with all the regional pilots.

That is ASA exactly a few years ago. All of our ops was Delta duplicated.

Comair was the same way. Did our online training on the DeltaNet LMS sight, similar manuals, etc etc etc. It's just that it's the first time the 9E guys have seen it so they think it's unique to them.

RG pushed for it while running comair. I think that shows he's behind the move here since we've continued to go that way.
BW may have been stupid enough to think all Delta procedures would work seamlessly in a stone age RJ with no autothrottles nor VNAV.

If any regional carrier does not meet the performance in their contract with the legacy carriers, it is void.

This is closer to the truth than one might think and the turning point approaches fast when machines will be able to fly aircraft intelligently. They never become fatigued, sick or lose concentration; are not susceptible to visual and vestibular illusions; they follow directions much better and more efficiently than humans. Just a matter of them gaining artificial intelligence and that day will come upon us in fifty years.
