Yea there were concessions and gains in that contract. Unless you work here and know the contract is refrain from hopping on the bandwagon. Besides, everyone knows the regional you work for is stellar right?

No, what I'm saying is that the TA we voted in didn't even contain any of the language they are taking advantage of, which by the way, is not weak. The company just blatantly decided not to follow it. The TA we voted in ONLY had 12/4 and the 32(?)% insurance. THATS IT, NOTHING ELSE. 6 months before our TA you lemmings were congratulating PSA on this very website for finally getting an industry standard deal after 5 years of negotiations. Educate yourself before you throw stones.

It didn't made that much of a change for PSA. But it broguth down PDT and ENY.
Here we lost IAI, which would had kept us on par with Skywest, TSA, RAH, etc PAY RAISES. Per diem frozen at 1.85 when we should have been at $2.05.
It made more damage here than there for sure. But hey that's OK let's educate everybody what PSA did to the industry. Parker said the WO had to be competitive with Endevour, but know they don't want to keep up with Endevour model.

12/4 (with a B scale), insurance up to 35%, perdiem frozen for a couple of year, 1% pay raises starting like at 2018 which doesn't keep with inflation.

So what does this industry look like had PSA said no? You think DP and his peeps would just roll over and hand out cash. It's a bigger picture than a yes or no vote.
