Real issues:
- Huge delay in training, to the point that it is detrimental to the training process
- Reserve rules are terrible
- Current SSP/flow sucks, needs to improve, but is already being negotiated
- Growth is so fast that it is scary. Need to ensure quality of captains
- Quality and variety of lines needs to improve
- Critical coverage is being abused by the company, to the point it is almost criminal

Have you net seen all of my negative posts about the company recently as well? There are negative things, but there is no reason to make up negative things that are simply not true.

2013 was a banner year for ol' Dougie. $15m in stock compensation alone (total $17.66 million). He only got a measly $7m in stock last year, poor guy.

I heard that you guys are having such a hard time with your training department that they are considering slowing the flow of 700s to you, or parking your 200s.

Over the years I have heard the most absurd rumors..everything from A319s at Eagle to 717s at Endeavor...at one point back in the day people were certain 737s were going to Comair.
And all these rumors start the same way. Usually a friend of a friend claims they saw "management" types walking down the hallway of some training center or factory...or touching a sim somewhere. Don't buy into any of it.
Believe this: Parker wants his wholly owned carriers to be single type. Period. He has said that from the beginning. PSA is the CRJ operator while Envoy is the Embraer one. More than that, the Envoy MEC recently met with Isom and Hashimoto from AA and BOTH reiterated that their plan is for Envoy to be their E175 operator.
Rumors of shadowy figures in the hallways of flight safety are best left for the campfire stories.

I know you are junior over at PSA and I also know you are not trolling, so I won't bust your chops. But you need to understand that these types of silly rumors are as much a part of the Regional industry as selfies with the oxygen mask on.

The crew videos posted on wings/jetnet are intended for AAG employees only. There's a reason why an AAG executive speaks at the beginning regarding confidentiality of the videos. Sharing quotes/info from these videos on public forums is a good way to get in trouble(and possibly terminated). These videos provide some good insight for AAG employees. It would be a shame if this envoy pilot ruins it for everyone.
