I had a incident back in 2004, I ran a 206 skydiving plane out of fuel. I landed in a field, and the gear collapsed. I did report this.

Just so we can understand a little better, how far in to the sims did you make it? How did the IPT's go?
Really, what were the major issues that you had? I know that you said it was staying ahead of the airplane, but can you be a little more descriptive.
You obviously had a bad time of it, and maybe posting a little more about it will help others realize just what you need to be prepared for when you get a job with a regional airline.

The FAA didn't seek enforcement action. But yeah lesson learned from that.
