Straight off the 2017-02 Master Seniority List
New Hires in Jan: 69

Upgrade time is roughly 28 months right now. Per my friend's hire date who started upgrade training on Monday.

I expect upgrade to drop to 18 months or less within a year. There are many months that only have a couple of FOs that still need to upgrade. For instance, look between June 2015 and June 2016. Once we get through the early 2015 hires, upgrade time will drop like a rock.

Not going to lie... I kind of like it when someone posts a well produced graph with real data to back up my post. That is something that rarely happens in the real world, and never happens on APC.
I believe that the Oct and Nov 2014 FO's are in upgrade training now, or will be in the next few weeks.
What was the date on this dataset?

Plus, a lot of those hired in 2014 and 2015 already have moved on to LCC's or majors.

Ah ok it's straight off the 2017-02 list. Apologies, my mistake.
