Chalk this one up to fortuitous luck. 75hrs guarantee plus 14 days of SDO with one day that will pay 9hrs. I did something similar in December with dumping hi speeds, but was denied in jan and feb. I filed a PRF, it was deadlocked in grievance committee, it's now going to arbitration.

Total Pilots 1195 down to 1183
New hires 16
Resignations 28
Upgrades 4

But hey 10-15k bonus and still earn less than 7 other regionals.

Whoa man!!

Straight off the 2017-02 Master Seniority List

New Hires in Jan: 69
Total Pilots: 1275
Upgrades: 26 in Feb Upgrade Classes. Another 26 in March Class slots.

Upgrade time is roughly 28 months right now. Per my friend's hire date who started upgrade training on Monday.
