As far as I'm aware, strictly seniority based, and don't forget every FO already on property will flow before you do, and keep your relative seniority pretty low for quite some time.

Thats what I thought, thanks. It’s a shame, I might actually consider it if they changed that. Just don’t want to be stuck there waiting for 7+ years.

the only people making 400K + are LCA’s and that’s the senior ones who get students every trip. You can make 250K + at Southwest year 2 with 15 days off.
You can credit 100 hours at PSA as a captain, I do it now. You get 6-8 days off a month doing that and have 0 life. You won’t make 400K unless you’re a LCA.
