Been trying to email your recruiters with no response. Does flow to AA work the same as new hire F/Os. You're stuck there 7+ years before flowing?

As far as I'm aware, strictly seniority based, and don't forget every FO already on property will flow before you do, and keep your relative seniority pretty low for quite some time.

Thats what I thought, thanks. It’s a shame, I might actually consider it if they changed that. Just don’t want to be stuck there waiting for 7+ years.

There’s no way around seniority. If you’re qualified to be a DEC and want a career at AA just apply at AA.

The flow is designed to staff the regional.

Are you at PSA? Hows that contract with the bonus ? What are the conditions regarding how long you need to stay and if prorated if you quit before certain time?

How long do DEC stay on reserve before they get a line?.
thx
