You are making excuses now. May 1-7th went critical for CLT CAs. Was that a major holiday as well? Weren't most of those days actually week days.
How about May 14-17th? Those 4 days also went critical. 3 week days right there.
If you can't figure out how to make it for you, that is fine. But it does work, and people do it every month. Don't say that it doesn't. You are missing out on a lot of free money.

Lol plus it's not like we're the first group of pilots to pick up trips for "premium pay". Pretty sure Delta, United, FedEx, and UPS pilots talk about how they max their pay out by picking up premium trips. The only difference is that at PSA you don't seniority to do it. You just need to be a line holder.

The only week days that go critical via the reserve grid trigger for CLT CAs are during the blend. That's a fact, not an excuse. If you want to stay at 17 days off and not pick up, you have to shift your trips around to get critical. I'm not going to work weekends, just to get critical. I'm not going to pick up extra days during the blend, just for critical. Shifting your trips around is almost impossible with the reserve grid. I was around when critical actually worked. You only get critical during the blend, weekends and holidays period.

Those are mostly days triggered via junior mans bud. You don't know they're critical until after the fact. I'm not wrong, facts are facts. Very few days, if any, are triggered critical via the reserve grid. You can't dispute facts. Three things trigger critical pay. You can't get critical for a week day if you're already working and it's not a scheduled day off. You can't trade one trip for another,' when the entire reserve grid is black and you can't drop anything. You can only get critical through picking up and not swapping period. People that want max days off and weekends off should forget about critical pay. But those people don't care about critical pay, they're more interested in QOL and their life outside of work.

Uhhhhh? Huh? Did you not see my screenshots? How could I have gotten 19 days off if I wasn't able to SAP? The FlightView app shows if you call out sick or use vacation. My screenshots show 19 days off with no vacation or sick calls.

Did you trade out of one of those trips that you screened shoted? How about the 4-day trip with the CAK and CHS overnight?

I'm shooting it straight and calling out someone that's sctetching the truth. You call that negativity, but it's reality based on the facts not opinion. As I've said previously, I'm happy with the schedule I get every month which includes weekends, holidays and max days off thanks to the SAP.

I traded out of one trip because it was with a captain that i dont care for and it would have made me crazy. I traded for a 4 day on the exact same days. I didn't know who the captain was until just a few days ago....about a week after I picked up the critical trip. What's the problem?
