We are up about 25, with a couple dozen still in class and not active captains yet.

If attrition continues as it has been at the captain levels, we should hit the next flow number in a few months. We are losing about 15 captains a month, and adding 25.

Uh, yes we are. Each new hire class is bouncing between 20-25 every two weeks. So depending on the month since JAN we've hired between 40-60 a month factoring in the three classes in JAN.

Hiring

How many are hired vs how many actually make it through training and on to the line is very different!

PSA has a very high failure rate.

Not saying that you might not be the few who makes it but do be advised.

Well I just got hired recently through their new RTP program so add me to one of their numbers. I should be starting in late August after getting my fixed wing hours and MEL add on.
