That's 2 seats from being full! All classes have been mostly full to completely, averaging 20-26 pilots. The instructors don't want classes of 30 again. I talked to several and IOE scheduling who all said the new cap is roughly 25 pilots. The sim and IOE can't handle more then 25 per class.
They sounded tired during my last phone call I had to IOE scheduling. Also CPT is backed up for several classes. Those have a hard limit of 15 students, I believe.
So I think we are on a realistic track.

I think we need to stop feeding the trolls...anyone here knows that AA is dependent on PSA...for both feed and profitability.
We cost AA much less than the non-WO, and are extremely reliable.
I think that AA is only disappointed that we can't take over more flying faster (and I don't mean from Envoy, but from the non-WO carriers).
If we stop getting pilots, then AA will have to (out of operational necessity) increase bonuses/salary even more.

Because some companies will shoot you a load of Bs. I'd rather hear it from the actually people who work there and get the whole truth than get it from a recruiter who is paid to "woo" someone to work there. Get what I mean?

I see. Well I'm just a line pilot and I look at it this way, you said you are moving to CLT anyway right? So at most you would 1 leg commute to any of our bases for say 6-9 months. (totally guessing here). If you take the job at Envoy your commuting indefinitely DFW-CLT like me…so there you go. DRIVE TO WORK…no bs!

Latest bid that came out for FOs. 26 "New Hires" got CLT..another big chunk went to DCA... A few went to DAY,TYS, and CVG. That being said there are new bids every month if not twice a month and you can pretty much have your pick of base. Holding a RD1 line is a different story and I think a few pages back show the dates of the most junior CAs and FOs in every base and what they are holding.

A flight school buddy of mine interviewed today in Charlotte. He got the offer (which is great, because I referred him and get $5000 for it!!!). He said that they had about 15 people interview today, and the guy that was talking to them said they will have about the same number interviewing tomorrow.
