HA! Thank you sir. That answers that. Once I go black, I'll never go back.

Love all you keyboard warriors too by the way. Keep it up. It's entertaining me.
Define slow, the bid showed a 26 month upgrade. As we get closer to the DEC it will go lower, after them it will creep up. I think it will drop below 20 months before creeping back up and hovering around 22-24 months.
The company needs to hire 30 a month which means 20 months to get 600 junior too you, plus an extra 2-3 months for that 600th guy to hit the line.
The chink would be if the company failed to recruit 30 a month for two years.

Is it ok to be interviewing with two AA WO at the same time? Would it be ok to let them know if they asked?

I don't see it as something "wrong" and I like to be transparent. I know we have options and I'd like to explore a few and make an informed decision.

Any opinions about it?

I've done it and both recruiters were well aware. I got offers at both.

If they ask, you could tell them...more than likely they are not going to ask. Right now because everyone is hiring, the recruiters/interviewers know that folks are interviewing with multiple airlines. Interviewing at more than one AA WO is no different than interviewing at any other airlines.

If you do interview at more than one airline, then I would recommend only accepting/selecting a class date for your first choice airline and ask to be put in the pool for any other CJOs that I received. If you decide to change which one you are going with then you call them and ask to be pulled out of the pool into a class. Others might recommend selecting a class date with any CJOs and then calling and cancelling later on so that you get the date you want. Your call on how you handle it.

In my case, because my availability date was a bit of a moving target I asked to be put in the pool with all my CJOs. Once I knew for sure when I was going to be available and which airline I was going to go with I called and they were able to put me into the first class after my date. I'm still in the pools with the other airlines I have CJOs with.

There's no way if 30 pilots hit he line for 20 months straight that they would all stay. That's quite comical. Take the bottom 600 pilots now and average the longevity. Probably get 1 year.

Default Class Size

Just curious, how has the hiring been going? Will there still be full classes for the foreseeable future? Thanks!

Classes aren't full. Had 22 in the last class.
