You'll probably have signed the full contract for the new hire bonus prior to ATP/CTP. I think the language on repayment of the ATP/CTP Cost was very vague and it's doubtful the company would try to recoup it barring a failure to attempt indoc. If you do start indoc and quit you'll have a part 121 training failure on record if you don't finish.

You will sign the promissory note during Indoc not before ATP-CTP. It's a 2 year contract.

Next change to the blended rate is April 1, and that will also include our annual pay bump. I wouldn't call it huge though. My math says about a $.73 for a 3rd year CA. Call it a quarter for a 2nd year FO.

Better then nothing I suppose.. I was told you guys some how managed to get Endeavor rates. I’m guessing that is just the usual rumor mill.

Something close to that is certainly on the wish list, hopefully by the end of the year or sooner. We'll see.
