Our Min Guarantee is 75, not 65. First year FO also gets a $10k bonus, which could be increased to $20k. So no, the first year FO is not taking a pay cut, and thats excluding 401k and perdiem increase. Also, that is in return for a pay rate, as opposed to a Bonus with an expiration date.
You will keep the flow, but you never matched the bonus (for every pilot), which was said, that will be matched, Endeavor already moved on to pay rates while AA WO were "matching" the bonus (again, for ALL pilots), so there is no reason why your company will match these payrates. And if you are going to advertise, you WILL match payrate, Endeavor says they will one up you again, which they have in recent times, so atleast their claim has some facts to it.
So please, advertise your flow, not false claims, if you had matched the bonus (for all, well you know what I mean), perhaps you could have advertised that you will match the pay rates as well.

Not quite sure the exact reason. All I can see is there are 7 from the same late September class and the rest mostly from August who had left. This all came about when Endeavor announced their TA, being that a coincidence or not.

I think the majority of the pilots that entered through the RTP washed out in the last 2 months. A guy that I used t fly with said that he and 2 other RTP guys from his class failed. That would account for the majority of those that left early on.

I find the attrition data to be most interesting.
* 42 pilots quit, fired, or failed training: 12 Captains, 17 First Officers, and 13 In Training.
*16 of the 17 line qualified First Officers who quit had less than 1 year with the company.
* 75% of the attrition came from people with less than 1 year of service! (16 line qual F/O's plus Training failures).
Seems to me that the company needs to focus on two things:
(1) Pilot retention, (with higher pay and quality of life) and
(2) Attracting better candidates, (with higher pay and quality of life)

I think that you read that wrong. Total attrition was 29. The 17 "first officers" included those in training. The lines on the right show which base and seat they came from.
13 resigned or failed during training, out of over 100 FOs that were in the training pipeline, most of which were likely RTP. (Like the other guy said, every sim instructor and LCA friend tell me about RTP new hires failing out).
Of active line qualified FO's, only 4 left. Captain attrition far outweighed FO attrition.
There was also a net gain of 33 pilots in that time.

RTP
Gents just following your post about upgrades and such, I noticed that there has been some talk about failures in initial training? Some/most of who are RTP guys, what is it with (if you know) the RTP guys? Do they not perform as well? Or is flying an airplane in the 121 environment that different/challenging? Are they not that motivated? Do you know if these guys are mostly military? I plan on doing the RTP and not expecting it to be a cake walk, but just trying to get some insight.
Thanks
