I’m pretty sure PSA management is full of elementary school children so maybe it’s not too far off.

Just wanted to make note because there was talk on here about PBS and for some reason people are for it...
While keeping up with the latest Endeavor news in reading various things in various places on the ol' interwebz - I've seen written by a 9E pilots - who have PBS - where junior line holders are consistently only getting 11 days off a month and working for 100, another thread I saw many complaints about 18 & 20 hour layovers, etc, etc
So, just a friendly reminder not to even think about giving up SAP for PBS or whatever the rumor is...

Also, the senior people would likely get what they want in PBS and wouldn't need to SAP. The middle group would get 50% of what they want, and would only have to SAP 1 or 2 trips.

I think the idea is that we give up line bidding for PBS, and then have the SAP afterwards. That would prevent the company from having to break up trips for vacations and training. That would limit the number of awkward trip segments that come as a result of trips being cut up.
