Quick observation, but it looks like the 7/31 new hire class isn't on the seniority list.

If you look on the AA Flow Preferences page on the website you'll see the 7/31 class listed with 30 FOs in it.

What about the 7/17 class? Is the seniority list in Flica or somewhere else?

I didn't think about that, but wouldn't that mean there were 3 classes in July? Most months only have 2 classes so that would make the class on July 31st kind of like a bonus class.

It's on the list that was published in Flica

Yes, there were three classes that started in July. There were also three classes that started in January. You could look at it as a kinda bonus class, but the more important metric is that there is a class starting every two weeks, and occasionally that means three classes start in a particular month.

FYI, the company updated the list on Flica after I pointed out their omission.

How long are new hires waiting for their atp/ctp course? Heard it is around two months?

We have open dates in September right now and add more classes as needed.

We always have a wait list for people that want earlier classes, and are able to move people quite often.

Our inhouse ATP-CTP classes fill up very quickly, so we have been adding more and more at CAE in Dallas and Miami. We were at 2 months at one point, but added classes at CAE and fixed that.

Absolute waste of time and money if you're wanting to go to the big 3 or don't have 1000 TPIC. United was very limited on the amount of people they were face to facing with. American came down just to tell people to come to their in house even they are having in a few months that they don't have a date or idea if when it will be yet. (Typical clueless AA.). American wasn't even taking your resume to take it back and pull apps. Some if the recruiters weren't even looking at guys resumes from what I understand, and just explaining that flows and military were taking a guy chunk so people chances are very slim there. Then FedEx requires the TPIC sonif you aren't close to that you're kinda wasting your time. Southwest still is being fairly selective, but they seemed to have the biggest crowd trying to talk to them from what I understand. UPS and Alaska/Virgin had average crowds, and then JetBlue seemed pretty slow.

Like I said, for most it was an absolute waste of time and money with Delta not being there and American doing nothing more than explains something they could have done in an email instead of making people think they were down there to hire.
