Default 100 quick and easy healthy foods for pilots

"Sometimes cooking takes a lot of time in our life, but we got some good news for you. The World’s Healthiest Foods has an excellent list of healthy foods which need less than 30 minutes of preparation and cooking times. There are categories of receipts like Breakfast, Salad Entrees, Soups, Fish, Chicken and Turkey, Lean Meat, Vegetarian Entrees, Side Salad/Dressings, Side Vegetables, and Desserts. You don’t even need to think what to cook tonight!" http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lif...thy-foods.html

Gee... I really miss the MREs... especially the Chef-Boy-R-D raviolli.

While on layovers, and if near a super market, I am able to buy salad fixings along with fresh cooked chicken, fruit, and raw vegetables to nibble on. I try to stay away from the forzen foods to avoid the excess sodium and fats. Also plenty of H2O to wash out the Haute Cuisine. You have better controls over your intake and less risk for food poisoning from pre-prepared crewmeals.

Bon Apitite
