This vote is a done deal.
You need to learn a thing or two about debating and discussions as a whole.

Step 1: if you want to be heard, never start by attacking the person.
Step 2: attack the issue not the person
Step 3: do not attack the person

Make sense?

and that's fine, but don't lash out on me. I'm making an unbiased point that has no goal to sway him or his pilot group in one direction or another.

I was just posting an anecdote to point out how it is out there in real life not on a message board.

Like I said I don't work at PDT and therefore the choice in voting is theirs. I was just presenting some information of what the peers are saying.

People forget that American pilots are not USAirways pilots.

They always ask a lot of questions when I fly in the JS and are very well informed.

But think whatever you want. I heard that management went to AA hiring asking for them to be easy in the questions towards PSA pilots. Apparently they are going hard in them.

That's not what the PSA guys are saying in the CLT crewroom. All I see is smiles saying how laid back and chill the interview was. If they are apparently going hard on them I don't see it. Plus why does it matter they still have to hire 3 a month regardless. Plus with this new TA Piedmont Pilots don't even interview. Just show up for class and pee test.

I lashed out at you?? hahahah I don't know how to respond to that expect maybe "Grow a Pair."

Unbiased Point???? Maybe in your head. But believe me what you typed wasn't meant to be unbiased.

No you don't work at Piedmont so grab your popcorn and just watch the show. We at Piedmont have been around for awhile and we know all about there being a real life out there not on this message board.

Thanks for your unbiased views and stories. Now you can take your ball and go home.

They do, and its because the AA pilot group is next. They have been watching very closely, players tactics, responses, all important to them.

When you ask for Delta rates, you don't do without knowing who your dealing with and what kind of union busters management is currently working with.

But being a management cheerleader and official spokes person, you should know that.

I didn't say I wasn't frustrated by this whole process. I'm not your average line pilot, either. This is a second career for me, and I've been on both sides of the labor fence. As someone stated, you can't worry about what Parker and Co. are making, that's corporate America in general. I can, however, protect my current career state and that of my co-workers who have endured for 20-30 years. You can call me a sheep, but I'm a wise sheep who knows a herder or two around here...

Maybe you should've asked the 25 year AA Captain how he treated his fellow TWA Pilots. I'm mean since he was so concerned about fellow employers working with him and there best interests and all.

How well do you think they will be welcomed among the seasoned veterans of the long term embattled mainline? I for one am proud of my group who attempted to make a stand for the profession. It might not turn out the way I would have liked, but I wont have to hide who I was in the future. Like it or not, what we do follows us for our careers.

Btw, Im sure your career as a management union buster is safe.
