You would get LGA no sweat. You would probably make A LOT of your class mates happy by just willingly take a slot in LGA. (It's the less-favorite base for most...unless you are a commuter.) Where did you graduate college from, and what are your times...

The most junior person in the last upgrade class had at least 5 years seniority if I remember correctly. Unless Piedmont gets Q400s, I wouldn't expect the upgrade to drop at all.

Is it true they are only hiring from UND/Purdue/Riddle??? Otherwise you need 1500TT with 500Multi? I heard this from someone at PDT in their HR department but not sure how "strict" they are with these requirements or if she was just telling me the "book" figures. Any insight?

I had a former Piedmont guy in my class at my current airline. He was LGA based and said that the upgrade is running about six years. Who knows if that a/c will even be around in six years!

And it will drop only if the new aircraft are for growth, and not to just replace the current rusty fleet.

Most of the guys going through have been from UND, but I've seen some others with significantly less than 500 multi
