Default First year pay...

$77,000

Actual first year pay at Piedmont, with 4 months off while waiting for various segments of training. It's all they promise and more.

My pre-tax pay this year thus far is $33,500. Made much more than that with triple premium and referrals, but this is unacceptable.

Would it be appropriate to ask for what the contract with AA says about the flow? How many are required to flow to AA, i know it’s a ratio relative to the number of pilots on seniority list but is there any more detail you could provide? Thank you.
