A new bidding system is going to be used as a bargaining chip during upcoming negotiations. We will get PBS/FLICA, if we give up something else we like

It should be the other way around. This setup is costing major money in efficiencies and triple premium for the company... they have more incentive for better schedules and we shouldn't be giving anything up. If anything we should be bargaining for something in exchange for PBS/FLICA.

I think getting rid of the interface for another method of scheduling would be a fair deal
