Ouch. That sucks. How are you not losing more than 20/month to attrition to the majors? You should be shrinking.

Most here within 2 years of flow (half the list) have given up on applying elsewhere. We have the flowback clause and honestly we're in pay rates negotiations. If we get close to 9E, attrition will stop. attrition to other airlines is at like 1-2 MAYBE every to every other month.

I'll help your math... if you are saying 10 per aircraft you should mean 10 crews hence a multiplication factor of 2...

I do not mean crews, but to get to the ~1200 pilots certainly more planes I would think. I hope hiring and training dept will keep improving.

Front loading. We’ve been told to hire as many as possible until further notice from Daddy American.

Guys, it's going to be LAX. Long live Wings West. (The truth is we're all guessing what future bases are coming to Piedmont)

I have stopped making statements that could end in "no question about it." Think back a couple few years and evaluate these statements. PDT will have flow to AA. NH will be paid 60k their first year. Envoy will have one of the fast times to upgrade.

The regional industry is taking on massive changes and I think Envoy will or could shrink. The question is at what size or what year will Envoy begin to shrink.
