what's the time duration of the shortest and longest sectors PDT have?

What are current average hours F/O's fly per month?
.6 to 2.5 hours

60 hours per month averaged over a year. Any other answer is either working more than minimum schedule, not accounting for vacation and continuous qualification, or a lie.

Probably PHL-MDT.

Plan on 50-60hrs a month block time avg. through out the year.

I keep getting shipped up to PHL to do reserve trips when I’m CLT based because they don’t have enough coverage. Everyone in my class that’s still in PHL is holding a line a month or two after finishing OE.

CA reserve in PHL is more of a backlog since they took lines away to staff MDT.

It’ll be interesting to see what the extra airplanes do for us in terms of added flying but there aren’t enough FOs currently in training to make reserve times crazy different, even with the current fleet size.

They intentionally cross cover bases to reduce the number of pilots who bang out sick/fatigued in base mid assignment.

Extra airplanes bring the fleet count back up around 60. Envoy is getting 15 170s which is sparking the transfer. PDT management is still planning for an ORD base long term. Don’t get too excited yet, they planned for a DCA base for 6 months before it was announced that it was going to PSA.

Yea they also dangled the ORD carrot out to PSA pilots for years and then went and opened DCA so you never know with AA planning. PDT has done a lot of ORD flying for years now, makes sense to finally get a base there.

Seniority list shows that we lost 9 people from Jul, 4 of which completed training at AA. Does that mean we get 1 additional flow for 1 month

Anyone had success with reaching a recruiter? I've emailed twice in the last 3 weeks with no reply. Perhaps there is another way to connect other than [email protected]?

Wow things have gotten mad busy all of a sudden. In January I heard from a recruiter less than a week after applying.
