Be careful picking your next regional. When the retirement age limit increases, hiring/flow etc will slow down to a trickle causing people to be stuck there for an additional 2-3 years longer than advertised.

He may mean you keep your employee number when you flow. But I do have to say it’s fresh air to see some positivity in this forum. Move to CLT or PHL and the koolaid is sweeter. Don’t commute and this place is pretty great. People make this job wayyy harder than it is.
